Matt is the drummer for NEPA based Pop-Rock band Nowhere Slow. He has been in the game for over 20 years. From corporate events and weddings to national level concerts, he’s done it all.
Matt owns local event production company, Matt Kester Productions (MKP), where he asserts that there is no event too big or small for him and his team. Matt brings his vast wealth of experience and expertise to every event that MKP takes on, as well as an impressive inventory of high-quality audio, video, and lighting equipment to make any event stress-free and unforgettable. As someone who came from the performing side of things, Matt started MKP to help artists, both local and national, have a better experience. He strives to keep live events alive and thriving.
Because each show/event has its own set of challenges, putting them on paper helps Matt bring them to life, even if it’s on the back of bills or envelopes. Matt also credits Canva and Apple’s Freeform for helping bring his visions to life.
Matt’s favorite way to express his creativity is by designing unique stages for events, and then, of course, putting them on.
