Sachiko has been painting for years; however, recently after a long hiatus, they began to paint again. Their passion for art started at a young age and they were always curious about creating and exploring new mediums.
They followed their passion to college and studied graphic design at Marywood University. Following graduation, they worked for local companies as a graphic designer and photographer.
Their work explores the effects of life’s experiences. They use textures and layers to show how complex some experiences can be and how they leave everlasting marks.
