Rachel is the owner of Photography by Rachel Elizabeth! She grew up in NEPA her entire life. Her love of photography began one summer night when she was 11 years old. Rachel borrowed her mom’s Kodak point & shoot camera and took photos of her pets in the backyard. From there, Rachel’s passion for photography grew as she learned more and practiced over the years.
In 2017, Rachel officially started her small business, based here in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. Her favorite type of photography is landscape/nature, and she loves to make prints and canvases out of the beautiful scenes she captures in this area. Rachel also loves capturing lifestyle. Weddings, families, couples; anything that captures people’s happy & special moments.
Rachel feels so lucky she found her passion at such a young age, and it’s a privilege to share her captures with other people. A photograph has the magic of making a moment last forever, and that’s what Rachel loves the most about what she does
